Originally from California, Lee Ben-Gal made aliyah to Israel, bringing with her deep expertise in product management and venture capital. She has successfully led product management teams at diverse companies—from agile startups to prominent enterprises such as Wix and Kape Technologies. Lee’s extensive experience collaborating closely with engineering teams has provided her with strong technical insights and a strategic approach to innovation and product development.

Previously at Techstars Tel Aviv and London, Lee invested in and guided numerous early-stage startups, helping them navigate their most critical growth periods. Her work across both Israeli and European startup ecosystems has given her an expansive network and a keen ability to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
